Celestial Church of Christ Central Choir is a denominational Choir and the official choir for the Christendom. The Choir is made to go through real training, rehearsing for all denominations spanning from Catholic, Anglican, Methodist, Baptist, American Gospel, Pentecostal Churches and Indigenous Gospel Churches, as well as understanding the musical culture of the African Instituted Churches like Celestial Church of Christ, The Church of the Lord (Aladura), C&S and others.

According to our professional experiences in Musicology, it has attracted other Choirs, Musical Groups, Churches, Individuals, Organisations within and outside the church, to regularly invite us for various performances at different occasions. We have regularly performed for all denominations both within and outside the Country. While performing for Celestial Church of Christ, we perform as Celestial Church of Christ Central Choir; but when we are to perform for others who may not want a religious name attached, we call the choir ‘The Peoples’ Chorale’ (The Research  arm of the Celestial Church of Christ Central Choir). read more…

The Director of Music is a qualified teacher, Dean of the largest Faculty on Campus for two terms of four years, who has lectured for many years, headed a Musicological Department for eleven years, established the first and only Department of Music in an Higher Institution in Nigeria, Written the NYSC Anthem of Nigeria,has been the official musicologist for the Federal Government, Examiner of JAMB and NECO Educational body in Nigeria, Director of Music, Celestial Church of Christ World Wide, Rector of the first Monotechnic; Celestial Church of Christ Academy of Music and Music Technology in Africa and other professional affiliation.

The director retired some years ago to settle down for the real assignment which Jehovah gave him to do in the Celestial Church of Christ and the Christendom at large.

He is already putting finishing touches into the project of Celestial Church of Christ Hymnals i.e. Scoring, Harmonising, and internationalizing the melodies of the Church Hymns.
